ᛟ · The meaning behind the design

Symbols carried, not borrowed.

Eric Bloodaxe — Eirík Haraldsson — was a 10th-century king of Norway who was later twice king of Northumbria at York. Between his two English reigns the sagas place him elsewhere in the Viking world, possibly Ireland, possibly Scotland — a life defined by crossing the North Sea more than by ruling any one throne. This map traces that route: Norway, the North Sea, and the English and Irish coasts he fought to hold.

Loved by rune-seekers around the world

  • This is more than a tee shirt — it is truly a work of art. High quality, and I could speak about the design placement and see a picture before shipment. My name in runes makes it a very unique item. Shipping was swift.
