Runestone Norway is designed in Norway and produced to order through trusted production partners. Depending on the product and your delivery location, your order may be produced in the United States, Europe, or another available production location close to you where possible.

This helps reduce unnecessary long-distance shipping, supports faster delivery, and keeps each piece made with care.

Most products are made to order. This means your item is created after you place your order, rather than being stored in a warehouse.

Production times can vary depending on the product, season, and production partner. During busy periods, production may take a little longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

As a general guide:

• United States: approximately 5–10 business days after production
• Europe: approximately 5–14 business days after production
• Rest of world: delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services

These are estimates only. Delivery can be affected by customs, postal delays, holidays, weather, or high-volume periods.

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced by different partners or shipped from different locations.

These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Runestone Norway does not control these fees.
