Shipping & Delivery

Most items are made after you place your order. This helps us avoid waste and keep each design available without holding large stock. Production time comes before shipping time.

Depending on the product and your delivery location, your order may be produced in the United States, Europe, or another available production location close to you where possible. This helps reduce unnecessary long-distance shipping.

After your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery is usually:

• United States: approximately 5–10 business days after production
• Europe: approximately 5–14 business days after production
• Rest of world: delivery times vary by destination and local postal services

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, postal delays, holidays, weather, and busy periods can all affect delivery.

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details by email after your order ships.

If your order includes more than one product, the items may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are made or shipped from different production partners.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. We do not control these fees.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to resend it without an additional shipping cost.

If your order seems delayed, please check the tracking link first. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and include your order number so we can help faster.
