We do our best to present our products clearly and accurately.

Runestone Norway products are designed in Norway and produced through trusted production partners.

Depending on the product and your delivery location, your order may be produced in the United States, Europe, or another available production location close to you where possible.

This helps reduce unnecessary long-distance shipping and supports faster delivery.

Shipping is free to the United States. Shipping is free to the rest of the world on orders over $100; orders below $100 show the shipping cost at checkout before payment.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Estimated delivery after shipping is 5–10 business days to the United States and 5–14 business days to Europe. Delivery to the rest of the world varies by destination.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced by different partners or shipped from different locations.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@runestonenorway.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

EU, EEA and UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or to digital downloads once the download has started.

Customers outside the EU, EEA and UK cannot return items for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Digital products, downloadable guides, printables, and PDF files are generally delivered electronically.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, unless required by applicable law.

Runestone Norway creates products and educational content inspired by Norse symbols, rune meanings, Viking heritage, mythology, and the old ways.

Our content is designed for education, inspiration, and meaningful connection. Historical interpretation can vary, and we do not claim that every symbol, date, or meaning has one single fixed interpretation.

Nothing on the website should be treated as academic, religious, spiritual, medical, legal, or professional advice.

Runestone Norway is open to selected partnerships with stores, distributors, museums, heritage shops, cultural retailers, and collaborators who connect with Norse symbols, rune meanings, Viking heritage, and meaningful Scandinavian design.
