Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@runestonenorway.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us within those 14 days to let us know, then return the unused item in its original condition. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items (for example custom bind runes or names), or to digital downloads once the download has started.

Because each item is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — and if you are unsure, email us and we will help you choose.

Each apparel product page has a size chart. If you are between sizes, compare the measurements with a piece you already own, or contact us before ordering.

Digital downloads cannot be returned once downloaded. If you have trouble opening a file, contact us and we will fix it.
