If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Because many items are made to order, we may not always be able to offer size exchanges.

Please check the size guide before ordering, especially for apparel such as hoodies, shirts, sweaters, tanks, and children's clothing.

If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, you are welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.

Because many products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we may not be able to accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

This can include:

• choosing the wrong size
• choosing the wrong color
• ordering the wrong product
• deciding you no longer want the item after it has entered production

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Digital products, downloadable guides, printables, and PDF files are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
