ᛟ · The meaning behind the design

Symbols carried, not borrowed.

The Vegvisir, or "Wayfinder," is an Icelandic magical stave built from eight rune-like arms radiating from a central point. Its name roughly means "that which shows the way," and it is often associated with guidance, protection, and safe travel, even through storms and unfamiliar seas. In modern interpretation, it has become a popular symbol of direction and perseverance through difficult times. The ring of Elder Futhark runes framing it — the oldest known runic alphabet — reinforces that sense of old Norse knowledge carried close.

Loved by rune-seekers around the world

  • This is more than a tee shirt — it is truly a work of art. High quality, and I could speak about the design placement and see a picture before shipment. My name in runes makes it a very unique item. Shipping was swift.
